Elysian was born out of frustration. As a business owner & now ex-internal HR, I’ve seen my fill of dusty policies, out-of-date HR practices & stuffy, old-fashioned employee-centric HR teams.
So, I quit my job, had a solo holiday, and wrote my business plan on a beach.
I’m an ex -‘Top 10’ accountancy firm employee. I have worked within IT, Care, Accountancy, Professional services, Hospitality, Creative/Marketing, Retail, Logistics, Energy, Education, Recruitment & Start-Up industries/companies. Not one to brag, but with 20 years’ experience and a master’s degree; I can confidently say that I know my stuff… and so do the team.
